Multi-Task Management

Multitasking is about knowing how to juggle several issues or tasks at once and having the ability to understand the level of importance of each, allowing us prioritise and group tasks accordingly.
Learning skills to enable us to multitask enables us to delegate more responsibilities while maintaining oversight of the overall goal and objectives.

The content for this course will include topics such as: -

  • Setting goals
  • Task prioritisation
  • Planning and grouping tasks
  • Handling interruptions
  • Overseeing the task fulfilment
